About Living Well Talks
Living Well Talks is a monthly speaker series for older adults who want to stay informed, independent and connected.
Each session features a trusted expert sharing practical advice on topics such as healthy ageing, mobility, wellbeing, safety and everyday living.
Held at Livewell Albany, these small-group sessions provide the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, ask questions and connect with others in a welcoming, relaxed environment. Light refreshments are provided.
There is no cost to attend this event. However places are limited to ensure an engaging and interactive experience, so advance registration is essential.
