This promotion is run by Allied Medical Ltd, trading as Allied Medical and Livewell (“Promoter”), based in New Zealand.

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents only, unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion.

Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Employees of Allied Medical Ltd, its related entities, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period

Each giveaway will specify a start and end date and time (New Zealand time).
Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

Entry requirements will be outlined in the individual giveaway post and may include one or more of the following:

Liking the post
Commenting on the post
Following Allied Medical and/or Livewell social media accounts
Signing up to a mailing list

Only entries that comply with the instructions in the specific promotion will be eligible.

Unless explicitly stated:

Sharing a post is not required for entry
Tagging others is optional and does not guarantee additional entries

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, duplicate, or non-genuine entries.

By entering, you agree to:

The collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion and for marketing

5. Prize Details

Prize details will be specified in each individual giveaway.

Unless otherwise stated:

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances outside its control

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected as outlined in the giveaway post (e.g. random draw or judged entry).

The draw will take place within a reasonable timeframe after the promotion closes.

Winners will be notified via:

Social media (comment or direct message), and/or
Email (if applicable)

If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, or does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Prize Fulfilment

Prizes will be delivered or arranged with the winner directly.

The Promoter is not responsible for:

Delivery delays outside of its control
Incorrect contact or delivery details provided by the winner

8. Use of Entries and Publicity

By entering, you agree that the Promoter may:

Publish your name and/or social media handle if you are selected as a winner
Use your entry content (e.g. comments or submissions) for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from:

Participation in the promotion
Acceptance or use of any prize

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

By entering, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram, and you release those platforms from any responsibility related to this promotion.

11. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to:

Verify the validity of entries
Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions
Cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances or events outside its control

Any decisions made by the Promoter regarding the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
